- Responsible Global Head (Vice-President) of Toxicology and Safety Pharmacology (> 100 employees, Chemicals and Drugs) (GLP-Good Laboratory Practice, certified quality), then
- Responsible Global Head (Vice-President) of worldwide Quality Management-Unit (GLP, GMP, GCP) (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, DMPK, IT), incl.
- Initiation and establishment of Quality Managements Systems (QMS) in an international Research Organisation (about 1,600 employees)
- Executive employee for many years (incl. procuration) in an international company (Merck Serono / Merck KGaA)
- 4 years (2008-2012) retired from management functions, but under contract as Ombudsman in a global worldwide R&D organisation (about 2.600 employees)(coaching, mentoring and training of employees and line heads)
- Very positive feedback from employees and many managers
- Gratifying and motivating track record in solution of conflicts or creating ‚satisfying‘ solutions
- Member in good standing of International Ombudsman Association (IOA), Hillsborough, NJ, USA
- Strictly adhering to the Association’s Code of Ethics
- Negotiation in various languages:
- German and English preferred, however, also French and Italian possible.
- Basic knowledge in Japanese, written and spoken, however, despite great enthusiasm for this language no negotiation is possible.
